How the review process works
What to send
- Store URL and which product/path is affected
- Exact expected vs actual payment and order state
- Any screenshot, error text, webhook clue, or timing detail
- Plugin versions and whether the issue is isolated or recurring
Expected response time
- Human review requests are checked manually.
- Initial response target: within 1 business day for review requests, subject to queue and access readiness.
Access and security
- Do not send passwords in plain text.
- We will ask for the minimum read-only or temporary access needed after reviewing your request.
- This is a founder-led manual review path, not a generic outsourced queue.
