Scan protocol

Three controlled steps

  1. 1Connect

    Provide restricted credentials

Public HTTPS store, read-only Woo access and a restricted Stripe key.

  2. 2Compare

    Run a bounded reconciliation

Woo order states are compared with Stripe payment evidence for the selected window.

  3. 3Resolve

    Export evidence or hand off

Review every flagged record before changing a live order or payment.

No write operations
1. Abuse prevention and store

Your email is used only to apply scan abuse limits, not for marketing or follow-up. The target must be a public HTTPS store URL.

Public HTTPS origin only; no credentials, query string, or custom port.
2. Request-scoped credentials

Woo: restricted/read-only consumer key and secret.

Stripe: restricted key beginning with rk_.

Lifecycle: used for this scan request only; not stored or logged.

Scope: reads order and payment evidence; never edits either system.

Use a restricted test or live key, never your secret account key.
3. Scan boundary and approval
Smaller windows complete faster and are easier to review.

Findings are diagnostic evidence, not automatic confirmation. Review before taking action.
