VaultDevLabs AI SEO for WordPress helps you optimize WordPress content (including titles, meta descriptions, and structure) using AI tools.

The Service is provided for business use by site owners, teams, and professionals. It is not intended for users under 18.

2. Who Can Use the Service

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and have authority to agree to these Terms for yourself or your organization.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you submit, ensuring you have rights to use it, reviewing AI output before publishing, and complying with applicable laws and platform rules.

You are also responsible for protecting your account credentials and any activity under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You keep full ownership of content you submit and the optimized output generated from it.

We do not sell your content. Content is processed transiently through third-party AI providers to deliver the Service, and submitted content is not used to train AI models.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Paid plans may be subscription-based (annual or monthly) and in some cases may include limited one-time offers, as stated at checkout.

Payments are handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms and policies.

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We may update pricing or plan features in the future and apply changes prospectively.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to break laws, submit content you do not have rights to use, distribute harmful code, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may suspend or restrict access for misuse.

7. Service Availability and Limitations

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed.

The Service is provided as is and as available. AI output can vary and may contain errors or omissions, so you should review outputs before relying on or publishing them.

We do not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic growth, indexing outcomes, or search engine performance.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully or harmfully.

Termination does not remove obligations that reasonably continue, including payment obligations accrued before termination.

9. Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version with a revised Last updated date.

Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
