Use this form when the dedicated review, setup, or monitoring route still needs context from you.

Do not send passwords in plain text. If read-only access is needed, we will tell you the minimum access required after reviewing your message.

Human review requests are reviewed manually. Response times depend on current queue and access readiness.

How the review process works

What to send

  • Store URL and which product/path is affected
  • Exact expected vs actual payment and order state
  • Any screenshot, error text, webhook clue, or timing detail
  • Plugin versions and whether the issue is isolated or recurring

Expected response time

  • Human review requests are checked manually.
  • Initial response target: within 1 business day for review requests, subject to queue and access readiness.

Access and security

  • Do not send passwords in plain text.
  • We will ask for the minimum read-only or temporary access needed after reviewing your request.
  • This is a founder-led manual review path, not a generic outsourced queue.
